--Senior Adult Ministry

Woodridge Baptist Church has a very active and diverse senior adult ministry. There are a variety of Bible study, discipleship, music, fellowship, and service opportunities for senior adults.

Senior adult Sunday School classes meet at both 8:30 AM and 11:00 AM, so that senior adults may choose to attend Bible study before or after the 9:45 worship service. Several choices of Discipleship Training classes are available to senior adults at 6:00 PM each Sunday.

Fellowship opportunities include Happy Hearts and special trips to places such as Branson, MO, Pigeon Forge, TN, or San Antonio, TX. Many senior adults are also involved in the singles group, which gets together each month for a meal or some type of activity.

Many of our senior adults at Woodridge Baptist Church are involved in missions through either the Brotherhood or Women on Mission groups. Many also serve through the care ministry. Woodridge supports associational events such as the senior adult retreat and men's fish fry.
